Yes i'm on a diet for my little escape to bali next week.
bikini featuring extra fat around your waist is a big no, actually it's only a very short diet term.
hmm okay.. it's not even a week. wish me luck !!!

Food these days looks very tempting, i felt like they torture me.
hahaha, seriously. especially when i'm in diet suffering. i will choose to not going outside when i'm on a strictly diet. Cause rejecting food is not my style. what about you ?

It's been 11 years ago, the first diet pills took is......

I really forgot the name, the only thing i remember is, it's small and yellow.
I start taking it when i'm in junior high school. And i know this pill from one of my friend. She's older than me. She told me that this pills is very good to reduces appetite. and she didn't mention any side effect. so i bravely took it, without care about any risk. the only thing i care is :
"I Want to be Skinny!"
and finally my sis realized that i like instanly lose weight, she asked me how ? and i told her.
the other day, she start taking those pills too. but bad things came to her.
she had fever, and others pain that i dont get it why.
cause i didn't feel anything.
My older brother get mad, and asked me to stop taking that pills.

After that day, i never took that pills anymore after 2 months consumed. But I admitted it, it's crazy it really reduce your appetite, you will start to hate food. You eat less you lose weight, that how it works. And when you stop consuming it, automatically you will get your appetite back, and your weight will gain faster than ever. Get slim temporary with bad side effects ?! I don't think so.
instant is never good.

Be wise ! taking diet pills is not an option.

Yup, i did drink that Diet Juice.....

So here the short story. when i'm in highschool i have friend, let's call her "Y". Actually she is obesity, she told me that she went to nutrition doctor and asked some tips. The doctor said she need a very strictly diet, and she must start it immediately.

The rules is having a Diet Juice every morning as your breakfast, it's mean you are not allow to eat anything till lunch ( 12 pm ). You can have your lunch like usuall, and after 5 pm, you are no longer allow to eat anything.

So i decided to follow the rules...
( OMG! what i was thinking. I'm not obesity, obviously strict rules doesn't fit on me. )
All goes well till a week, a week of suffering to be exact.
Actually it's a simple rule for diet, but the worst part is how awful the taste of the juice. it's really really bad !!! 

And then one day i found out that "Y" is absent from school, i tried to text her but she didn't replied.

And after a fewdays she finally shown up at school, and she told me that she passed out because of the rules or maybe because of the juice. and her mom asked her to stop.

what's in my thought on that moment is "that could possibly happen to me, i should stop doing this ! she's obesity and i'm not ! why i should follow that stupid rules." 

?????? WHO'S STUPID 

it's gonna be wise to meet your doctor first before having your diet program.

Laxative Tea

I consumed laxative tea almost a year took it daily, addicted and became RELY ON IT !

got constipation when i didn't took it. it's like i'm forced to take it. it really ruined my digestive system.

Never use Laxative, unless you need one. Remember that !!! 

Laxative is for short-term use, meaning less than a week. Laxative abuse can kill you, why ??

• It can damage the muscular function of the bowel.
• you may need more and more of the laxative to get results, untill eventually the laxatives don't work.
• Excessive laxative use can drain the body of water, vitamins and minerals.
• It can cause kidney stones or kidney failure.
• Severe dehydration which sometimes can lead to death.
• Permanet inability to expel or control bowel stools. Some people must wear a diaper for the reast of her life because of this.

Now i never consume it, i change it by consuming plain yogurt every morning, add more fiber, eat more vegetables and fruits, drink 8 - 10 glasses of water a day, it's really work and it's healthy.

if one of you stuck with Laxative, try healthier method rather than harm yourself.

Diet doesn't means harming yourself, right ? Beauty is not just about skinny nor size. Otherwise beauty comes from healthy mind, body and soul.

Okay here's a short story about me. i started a new family since december 9th, 2012. i'm not yet a mom ( Soon-to-be ) Now i'm a fulltime house-wive. Working on my clothing line "sometimes". i always have a dream about being an actress hahaha, just joking. actually i have a dream to be a successfull women but when i was kids i didn't mention what kind of job or person, i just said i want to be one. now i think as a house wive i could be one, i could start reaching goals to be a successfull by giving more.

After married i officially moved to Samarinda, the capital city of east borneo. it's not a big city eventho it's the capital. honestly i dont really like living here, it's a big mining town, surrounded by mines area. it's a very rich town actually. And a lot of large vehicles across the main street. can u imagine that ? And most of the main street are damaged. Dust everywhere. Arghh. I hate this city ! and also i dont have many friends, okay. maybe it's only like 2 or 3 people. and we are not even close. so it's impossible to ask them out with me. Okay let's say i ask them out, and then i will get confuse cause i dont even know where to go ! All the entertainment place is kinda sucks. sorry to say, but its the fact. i just dont like living here. so i decided to stay at home doing a little homework like cooking sometime, not baking cause i dont have mixer. ( i'll buy it soon !!! Hahaha ) Held a Charity Program once or twice every month ( For more information click : CS Foundation ), Groceries shopping once in a week, having movie time with hubby on weekdays. and going church everysunday.

No more ladies-day-out.

But overall, i think it will be great living here...

Will try to adapt on this condition asap.

And try not to complain anymore.

and i think this is one of the marriage purpose. "Learn More....."

Actually It's almost two months after my Turkey trip during new year holiday, i still remember how shock am i when the first time i saw the food that served on the table. Also the weather and last but not least the wonderful view there. Turkey is an old country it has a tons of history and stories, to be honest i'm not kind of person who like history, ancient and such of that things. but i dont know why, when the first time i arrived there, i felt like i want to know more.

when i woke up at 4 am and opened up the window i didn't anything until hubby did the same thing but he did recognize something....

Have you ever heard about hot air baloon ? Yes, Cappadocia is the specialist !!! Cost USD 200/Person. Don't ever miss this oppurtunity. Cause it's great. It didn't scary at all, eventhough we were floating above 100-300 feets ++ 

at first my hubby didn't want to join cause he have hyperphobia. And then one of our friend said it didn't scary blablabla. and after a long seduction finally he said yes. When the baloon take off, it didn't feel anything just like flew away follow the wind. very smooth... bytheway is so freezing up there.  Hubby didn't look scary at all, because his too excited of the view than focus on his fear. And last but not least, hot air baloon its not dangerous at all !!! So dont affraid  !

After Cappadocia we went to Ankara and back to istanbul for shopping. But i didn't take more photos cause maybe im abit tired, but overall Turkey is a beautiful country. you should visit there.
